Bifidobacterium bifidum

What it is

Bifidobacterium bifidum is a primary commensal bacterial strain naturally residing in the human lower gastrointestinal tract and infant colon. In dietary supplements, it is cultured via controlled fermentation and preserved through lyophilisation.
